Mr. Bauda joined One Clover in 2019.  With 30 years of construction industry experience working through the ranks including, fieldwork, estimating, pre-construction and project management, Chuck is qualified to follow a project from the conceptual stage through the final close-out.   His construction career has experienced heavy civil and sitework development, commercial, retail, affordable and conventional multi-family along with CapEx projects.  His dedication to detail yet maintaining a clear understanding of the overall picture and goal makes him a unique asset.   The wide range of industry experiences has earned him a reputation of understanding and resolving issues in an economic and equitable way for all involved.
