Mrs. Pendleton joined One Clover Management in 2014. She is currently responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for One Clover Management, including but not limited to, budgeting, staffing, cost control, compliance, capital expenditures and current rental rates. She is also instrumental in the planning, scouting and marketing decisions of One Clover Construction Management and One Clover Development.
