Mr. Maze joined One Clover Management in 1997. He is responsible for all financial aspects of One Clover Management and One Clover Construction Management, including project financing, investor relations, bank relations, cash management, budgeting, tax implications, and other government reporting. He also oversees the daily operations of One Clover Management Inc. and One Clover Construction Management Inc. and has implemented company-wide policies and procedures to keep the Clover group expanding and growing each year.

Previously, Mr. Maze was in Public Accounting at the firm Freed Maxick Sachs & Murphy from 1993-1997, where he specialized in Corporate and Partnership Tax Law.
